Are you an ambitious LLB graduate looking to gain valuable exposure in commercial litigation and build a successful legal career? An exciting opportunity is available for a Candidate Attorney to commence or continue their articles in a dynamic legal environment!

Location: Roodepoort
Salary: Market Related
Contract Position – 2-Year Articles

Requirements:
- LLB Degree (completed or awaiting graduation)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment
- Professional and client-facing approach
- Clear criminal record
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with litigation matters
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, notices, and correspondence
- Attend court proceedings, consultations, and meetings
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Liaise with clients, attorneys, sheriffs, and court officials
- Utilise digital court platforms, including Court Online and Case lines
- Provide administrative support to the legal team

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring legal professional to gain practical experience in commercial litigation, property law, and related legal matters while working alongside experienced attorneys.
