• Oversee daily operations of the villa and guest experience
• Manage and motivate the front-of-house and housekeeping teams
• Coordinate with kitchen and maintenance departments for seamless service delivery

• Ensure high standards of presentation, hygiene, and hospitality at all times

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in lodge or villa management (luxury experience essential)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and guest relations abilities
• Confident in handling reservations, hosting, and admin duties
