Our client, in the medical software industry, is seeking a telesales person/or call center representative.
Duties involves making and receiving phone calls to sell products or services, provide customer support, and build relationships with customers.
The incumbent primarily focus on sales through outbound calls, while handling inbound enquiry calls, often dealing with a wider range of customer interactions.
- Outbound Calling: Contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, often using sales scripts as a guide.
- Sales Focus: Achieving sales targets and quotas by effectively communicating product benefits, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Customer Needs: Identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs, often involving upselling or cross-selling.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in databases/CRM system
- Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and services to answer customer questions effectively.
