SUMMARY:
Call Centre Staff for Social Media platforms

POSITION INFO:

This could be an exciting opportunity for you if you have customer focus experience and to expand your work history with some hands-on professional experience.

Job responsibilities:

Adapt the brand voice and communicate with social media followers and customers over channels including Facebook and Instagram, Twitter and the like,
Provide excellent customer service with a high attention to detail in writing/editing
Offer customer support and product knowledge to an engaged customer base
Follow up with customers by email and phone as needed

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of social media channels, especially Instagram and Facebook and Twitter.
3+ years of customer service experience from corporate , professional or retail environment.
Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to grammar and sentence structure
Ability to provide a positive customer experience in writing and over the phone
Knowledge of or interest in social media industry and products
