POSITION INFO:

EE Postion Are you able to work shift work , night shift 15h00 - 0h00 , weekends if required with at least two years Inbound call centre working experience and speaks ,reads and writes Afrikaans - this will secure an interview .

Our client based in Rosebank seeks Preferably Immediate candidates however will await notice . This is a permanent Role to join their team . Must fit into the corporate environment , be fluent and spoken in the Afrikaans and english language with excellent afrikaans and english written skills. Customer service orientated and been polite at all times .

Call Centre duties:

Telephonic first line support to external clients
Logging of calls on the call centre logging system
Follow up on issues logged until resolved
Reporting and statistics
Call follow-ups must be done on a regular basis

Minimum Requirements

Must have a matric
Minimum 2 Years working current experience in the call centre environment - Inbound will secure interview
Computer literate on microsoft
Be fluent in spoken and written Afrikaans and English
Have good verbal and written communication skills
Must be ITC and Criminal Clear
Must Have reliable transport , able to work night shift times which are 15h00 to 0h00.
Be prepared to work standby and shifts
Be prepared to work overtime
Have a high level of client service orientation
Have an ability to work with people at all levels (Clients and management)
Have excellent telephone etiquette
Have excellent client liaison
