Call Centre Agent-Training Available

Call Centre is a fast growing industry with nice environment. We are looking for people who would like part of the team on a long term basis and grow with the company. Call Centre Agents answer phone calls and emails from customers and initiate calls to schedule and confirm appointments. Your duties will be to answer incoming calls, Make outgoing calls to prospective customers and offer technical supports Previous experience not required as free training and induction will be conducted for a week. Must have Grade 10, 11 or 12; Excellent verbal communication skills.
