JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our business in the heart of Amanzimtoti specialises in the financial services industry providing affordable insurance products and services. We have designed a proven system which allows successful individuals a chance to grow into a leadership position.

We are looking for Call Centre Agents with a focus on sales, customer service and are target driven.

Responsibilities:

Call potential customers using our database provided
Provide information regarding our products and services and answer any questions that may be asked
Actively market our products and services

Requirements and Skills:

Completed Matric or equivalent
6 Months Sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Able to liaise with customers
Sales/results driven
Able to work within a team
Professional presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have great leadership qualities
