Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound calls (cold calling and pre-qualified leads) to business partners and clients to spark interest and generate fresh leads.
• Client Engagement & Pitching: Build instant rapport over the phone, present tailored insurance quotations, and guide clients smoothly through to finalising policy agreements.
• Upselling & Maximising Value: Spot opportunities during calls to introduce additional insurance products and services to boost sales and revenue.
• Relationship Management: Nurture ongoing relationships with partners, handle follow-ups, and ensure every partner feels supported and valued.
• Admin & Pipeline Tracking: Accurately capture all lead data on internal systems, log daily activities, track partner performance, and ensure prompt feedback is given to the sales team.

• Education: Grade 12 / Matric certificate (Essential).
• Experience: Previous experience in a call centre, outbound sales, customer service, or account management role (Strongly preferred).
• The Telephone Persona: Genuinely comfortable spending the day talking to clients and prospects over the phone with a confident, friendly telephone manner.
