Call Centre Agent

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a customer-focused Call Centre Agent with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate is professional, organised, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional manner
• Assist customers with policy queries, product information, and cover explanations
• Process policy changes, cancellations, and updates on CRM systems
• Follow up on outstanding documents and client requests
• Capture accurate client details and maintain customer records
• Provide quotes (if licensed/qualified) and generate leads for sales teams
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum 1–2 years Call Centre or Customer Service experience (insurance experience an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
• Computer literate with strong typing & CRM system skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
• Patient, client-centred and professional phone etiquette

• Monday to Friday 7h30 – 17h00
• Every 2nd Saturday – 8h30 – 13h30
• Training provided
