POSITION INFO:

We are seeking to employ  Spanish-speaking call center administrative assistant in Sandton, Gauteng  South Africa;

Role Purpose: To exclusively with Spanish-speaking customers, or you can be a bilingual agent who also provides services to English speaking clients.

• To handle a mix of duties involving both customer service and administrative tasks. 
• They would answer Spanish-speaking customer inquiries
• process queries
• Provide technical support
• and resolve issues.
• Additionally, they would manage administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and coordinating with other departments
• Looking for a Spanish/English speaker who is energetic and experienced to serve as an administrative support in our office
• Strong preference given to candidates with experience in a medical or dental office.
