Position Overview

• Role: Call Center Agent (Sales Consultant)

• Employment Type: Permanent

• Location: Office-based in Mount Edgecombe, Durban

• Training: 1 full month of comprehensive training provided

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: R6,500 per month

• Settling-in Allowance: R2,500 per month for the first 3 months

• Earning Potential: Uncapped commission

• Mandatory Benefits: Medical Aid and Provident Fund

Requirements

• Education: Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA-accredited equivalent (Essential)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of call center sales experience (Essential)

• Industry Background: Financial Services experience (Advantageous)
