JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Validating of information of new applications scanned
  • Validate all new applications and correct mistakes made
  • Correct mistakes where possible without sending the application back
  • Fax back all applications with mistakes that cannot be rectified.
  • Verify all hand received applications
  • Handling of telephone and written queries
  • Answering all requests from life offices with reference to application being scanned, faxed or even telephone enquiries
  • Report on irregularities on scanning system
  • Handle correspondence relating to outstanding requirements of applications scanned.
  • Assist team members
  • Help to verify the new applications and posting of contracts
  • Perform any other duties
