SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to provide exceptional service, maintain strong client relationships, and support Account Managers in growing and retaining key portfolios. The role involves resolving client queries, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring accurate data management.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

B-Degree (3 years).
6+ years of experience in Sales, Channel & Consumer Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Business acumen with the ability to engage at all levels.
Highly computer literate with excellent organizational skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
