SUMMARY:
Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Customer Sales and Service Controller will be to provide support to clients, the Director and office support to the business team as per key performance areas in line with best practices and business processes.

POSITION INFO:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Matric (compulsory) with Secretarial Diploma/Certificate
Valid Driver’s Licence and own transport - for deliveries, collections, as required (travel will be reimbursed at standard rates).
2-3 years’ experience as an office administrator/customer service/clerk.
Experience in a corporate company/environment working with strong personalities.
Experience dealing with SARS, CIPC and other related registration offices advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals for existing and prospective clients across services (tax, audit, and business support)
Support the sales process through follow-ups, client communication, and maintaining quotation records in internal systems
Conduct scheduled client calls in line with SOPs and document feedback and outcomes
Assist with client onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, system setup, and compliance checklists
Maintain accurate client records across Practice Ignition, ProfSoft, and internal tracking systems
Provide client service support by handling queries, complaints, and service-related requests
Coordinate meetings, fact-finding sessions, and internal problem-solving discussions
Support marketing activities, including social media scheduling, Mailchimp drafts, and content coordination
Assist with reporting and tracking (dashboards, KPIs, client satisfaction, leads, and project progress)
Provide general administrative and reception support, including email handling, call routing, and calendar coordination
Participate in networking and business development events where required
Support ad hoc projects, research tasks, and operational administrative duties as needed
