Customer Liaison (Automotive Industry) – East London

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous customer service or liaison experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Computer and administrative skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented

Advantageous:

• Experience working with insurance claims or vehicle repairs
• Knowledge of automotive body repair processes and terminology

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers regarding vehicle repairs, updates, and completion timelines
• Communication between the workshop, customers, and insurance companies
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
• Prepare quotations, job cards, and relevant administration
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and update systems accordingly

• Data capturing
• Processing of authorisations
• Processing of additional requests to the insurers

• Submissions of monthly reports
