CUSTOMER & MARKETING DATA ANALYST - NORTHERN JOHANNESBURG

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced CUSTOMER & MARKETING DATA ANALYST for a well-established, national concern – position based in Northern Johannesburg, Gauteng.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Bachelor’s Degree in business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics is essential.

3yrs+ previous working experience in a similar or equivalent role is required.

Understanding of SaaS sales funnel dynamics, customer lifecycle metrics, product and marketing attribution models.

Strong proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and data visualization techniques. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools is a necessity.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization, and a deep understanding of SaaS sales, product and marketing metrics; Would suit an analytical thinker with a passion for translating data into meaningful business decisions; take ownership of analytics, define key metrics, and assist in building a data-driven culture. The focus areas include marketing analytics, product analytics, customer analytics, and automation.
