Your job responsibilities will be the following:

• Identify and secure new customers across targeted industries.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Conduct customer visits and presentations.
• Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of service.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Follow up on quotations and tenders submitted.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Liaise with production, procurement and management teams regarding customer orders.
• Monitor project progress and provide customer feedback.
