CTS 17953 - Technical Sales Rep (Rubber Products) Cape Town

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Proactively identify, contact, and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and visiting potential customers in a designated, often large, geographical area.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, including performing product demonstrations and negotiating contracts.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation on sales activities, CRM updates, call cycles, and expense reports.
• Monitor competitor activity, analyse market trends, and provide feedback on product performance and marketing opportunities.
• Liaise with clients to resolve complaints, process orders, handle, and manage account queries
