Design Architect (Residential Projects) – Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

This is an architectural company that does residential projects

Your responsibilities will be the following:

Create and develop architectural designs for various projects
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements
Produce detailed drawings and specifications
Provide guidance and quality-control support to junior and/or implementation peers.

A minimum of 8+ years with solid, evidential, experience in taking a project through to completion (all Work stages)
Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred, but not a deal breaker (you would need to be willing to learn)
Strong understanding of all the architectural Work stages (must have seen projects through to completion)
