CTS 16995 - Sales Rep (Furniture for Hospitality Sector) – Sandton

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Identify and target high-potential clients, such as boutique hotel owners, procurement managers for hotel chains, interior designers, and resort developers, using market research and industry events like trade summits.
• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and leveraging the company’s digital presence
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning our offerings (e.g., custom headboards, reception desks, outdoor daybeds) to their brand vision.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to navigate extended hospitality sales cycles (6–18 months), ensuring the company remains top-of-mind for future projects.
• Develop and present compelling proposals, including 3D renders, swatches, and cost-benefit analyses, highlighting ROI (e.g., 20–30% guest satisfaction uplift from bespoke designs).
• Represent The company at industry events, trade shows, and summits, delivering polished pitches that emphasize our local manufacturing advantage and eco-friendly materials
• Stay updated on hospitality trends (e.g., sustainable design, hybrid meeting spaces) to position the company as an innovative partner.
