CRM & Project Management Support (Telecoms)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Telecoms Industry is looking to hire a CRM & project Management Support.

IT background essential (In order to know what a customer refers to when they have a query on a laptop for instance – non-technical IT knowledge)
CRM experience required (Update the internal database with quotes sent to customers by the Internal Sales staff / Update customers on where in the process their order/query is etc)
Project Management Back office support experience required (not in managing projects itself but experience in the admin part of Project Management)
Experience on Microsoft Office and more specific Excel is essential.
3 – 5 years’ experience essential.
Own transport & valid driver’s licence
