JOB DESCRIPTION:

RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well-established DISTRIBUTION organisation in the HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY to recruit a CREDITORS CLERK to be based at their offices in FOURWAYS JOHANNESBURG. R25 000 ctc. with benefits.

OUR CLIENT HAS BEEN DISTRIBUTING WELL KNOWN INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL BRANDS FOR OVER 20 YEARS.

The ideal candidate should have/be the following:

A relevant national diploma or degree.

Approximately 5 years of experience as a creditors clerk in a distribution environment.

International payment experience.

Accpac experience, an advantage.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

Capture all expenses.

Reconciliation of monthly accounts for payment.

Manage fleet cards and licensing of vehicles.

Ensure all documents for international payments are available.

Reconcile international accounts, monthly.

Prepare age analysis.

Remuneration:

R25 000 ctc. with benefits.
