CREDITORS CLERK

1. Must have a minimum of Grade 12 Matric Certificate,
2. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in creditors position,

Must have intermediate Excel skills (be able to do VLOOKUP, PIVOT tables etc.) 

Ensure supplier accounts details are current and up to date

Set up local currency supplier accounts

Check and ensure all relevant documentation is received and approved

Reconcile supplier accounts

Follow up on discrepancies

Timeous response to creditors queries

Clean up and analysing of supplier age analysis

Monitor and follow up on all outstanding supplier documentation

Prepare weekly and monthly payment schedules

Assisting Financial Coordinator with Group Cost Split

Completion of new supplier credit application forms

Professional Requirements:

Previous experience in handling Creditors

Must have proven experience in an Accounting role

Must have at a least Matric Certificate

Must be computer literate (MS word, Excel, Outlook)

Must have experience of working on a recognised accounting package (SAGE/Pastel etc)

Fluent in English
