SUMMARY:
SNR CREDITOR'S CLERK POSITION - East Rand, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Full Creditor's functions
* Minimum 8 - 10 Years' experience
* Gr 12
* Reconciliations & processing
* Accurately capturing
* Perform monthly recons of all Vendors
* Liaise, communicate to customers regarding invoice queries
* Allocation of payments, credit notes/debit notes (ITC checks)
* Maintain account receivable ledger on a daily basis
* Good understanding of accruals
* Investigation and clear old queries on vendor account
* Preparing statements and ensuring all payments are captured in
ERP system
* Accurate filing on a daily basis
* Other bookkeeping duties when required
* Able to work well with people internally (Management, Creditors
& Sales)
* Various ad hoc projects/duties that may be required
* Fluent in English & Afrikaans
