CR 18459 - CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR – STELLENBOSCH

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Construction Supervisor will:

• Supervise daily residential construction activities to ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site labour to maintain project schedules and productivity.
• Monitor quality control, conduct site inspections, and resolve construction issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site housekeeping standards, and company procedures.
• Track project progress, material usage, and site documentation while reporting updates to project management and clients.
