Job Description

Reporting to the Director, the Interior Designer will

Design retail fit-outs from concept development to final implementation
Review, adapt, and check rollout designs to ensure consistency and quality
Produce comprehensive drawing packs and technical documentation
Liaise directly with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
Coordinate all aspects of turnkey projects, including timelines and deliverables
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail throughout all project stages
Support project teams to ensure successful execution on site
Have proven experience in retail design and fit-out projects (turnkey experience essential)
Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Have creative flair with the ability to translate concepts into practical solutions
Be reliable, self-motivated, and confident in client interactions
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
