We are seeking a motivated and student focused Course Advisor to grow and join their Botswana team

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or related field.
• Candidates with equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, admissions, student recruitment, or education advisory role.
• Proven ability to meet targets and manage a high volume of enquiries.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Respond to enquiries from prospective students via phone, email, live chat, and online meetings.
• Provide detailed advice on the organizations courses, admission requirements, fees, and study options.
• Consult with prospective students to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Manage a pipeline of leads and conduct timely follow-up activities.
• Assist prospective students with the application and enrolment process.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Build relationships with prospective students and provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrolment journey.
• Achieve individual and team targets.
• Participate in recruitment events, webinars, and promotional activities as required.
• Work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams to support student success.
