Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs (G-code) for milling and turning machines

• Set up and operate CNC machines to ensure accurate and efficient production

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job

• Conduct first-off inspections and ensure quality standards are met

• Troubleshoot and resolve machining or programming issues

• Maintain CNC machines and ensure a safe, clean working environment

• Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or CNC Machinist

• Strong knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens )

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Experience with milling and/or turning machines

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Good problem-solving skills

Qualifications (Advantageous)

• Trade Test or relevant technical qualification

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
