CLIENT SUPPORT CONSULTANT
STELLENBOSCH
SALARY: 12k - 14k

The client support consultant will be responsible to work part of a team, providing assistance with database management, contract management, client enquiries, information about services offered and general administration functions as required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Relevant certificate, diploma in Business, Administration or Customer support
Minimum 3 years work experience in an administrative position, including some experience in office administration and customer service
Proven previous experience in sales, marketing and client relationship management
Knowledge in the financial service industry, legislation and FSCA procedures. Preferably FAIS
