SUMMARY:
An established and acquisitive group with a diverse portfolio of operating entities is seeking a commercially astute finance executive to join the business as Chief Financial Officer.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a Senior Finance Executive, Group Financial Manager, Head of Finance, Finance Director, or an experienced CFO looking to play a key role in a high-growth environment. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, providing strategic financial direction while supporting ongoing expansion initiatives, capital projects, mergers and acquisitions, and stakeholder engagement activities.

The role requires a technically strong CA(SA) with proven experience operating within complex multi-entity structures. Exposure to JSE-listed environments, capital raising, investor engagement, and corporate transactions will be highly advantageous. This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role where financial strategy and commercial decision-making are central to the organisation's future growth.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Drive financial strategy across a multi-entity group structure
Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with JSE reporting requirements and regulatory obligations
Participate in listing, admission, and registration processes
Manage banking relationships and funding requirements
Lead stakeholder engagement and investor relations activities
Enhance financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting processes
Drive profitability, working capital optimisation, and cost management initiatives
Oversee risk management and business performance monitoring
Partner with executive leadership on strategic and commercial decision-making

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience within a manufacturing environment (non-negotiable)
Strong multi-entity/group reporting experience
Exposure to investor relations and stakeholder management
Experience with mergers and acquisitions
