This newly created position needs a strong individual to take responsibility for the bridging finance entity of a large established group of companies. The business has developed an industry specific app, which is unique to the existing market and radically improves current processes.
The successful candidate will have a legal degree, a strong understanding of the legal sector and proven experience in operations, marketing and business management. This is a great opportunity to earn profit share in line with business growth!

Duties will not be limited to but include the supervision of 4 employees, systems investigation and implementation, ensuring legal compliance, involvement in marketing initiatives, increasing sales and driving business growth by calling on firms to promote the concept, monthly management reporting and various other functions as and when required.

Criteria:
• Legal degree (articles advantageous)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management/similar role
• Must have managed a team of 4 staff
• Good understanding of IT systems
• Knowledge of current Legal, HR & labour law legislation
• The ability to implement new ideas and relevant systems (the owner is a great entrepreneur and appreciates new, fresh ideas)
• Strong entrepreneurial drive with the ability to market a concept and handle a highly pressurized, deadline driven environment
• Fully fluent in English & Afrikaans
• Be a good operational thinker with experience in the legal/bridging finance industry
• Must reside in the South Peninsula or within a reasonable travelling distance from Noordhoek
