CBU 19267 - Junior Quantity Surveyor

You will

• Measure and prepare accurate cost estimates, valuations, and project pricing.
• Update project forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor and control site expenditure to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Review and approve material orders in line with project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, verify work completed, and identify cost implications.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams on commercial and operational matters.
• Assist with cost reporting, variations, and final accounts.
