SUMMARY:
The Call Centre Operator will be responsible to arrange the appropriate truck dealership to repair trucks and is responsible to capture all breakdowns on the computer system

POSITION INFO:

The Call Centre Operator must be able to work shifts, have 1-year call centre experience in the logistics or transports industry. You will be responsible for monitoring all truck movements after normal working hours to ensure they keep to designated route schedules and take corrective action for any unauthorized deviations from designated routes.
