Role Summary:
A Retail Clothing Company in Midrand is seeking a CAD Artist with a keen eye for fashion and technical skills in apparel CAD drawings. This role is integral to the development process from concept to production, ensuring designs are accurately represented.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed flat sketches and technical CADs for clothing lines.
• Translate designer concepts into production-ready CAD files.
• Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and production teams.
• Maintain an organised CAD library by season and category.
• Support tech pack development with technical illustrations.

• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in CAD artistry within a clothing or fashion brand.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and pattern design.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
