SUMMARY:
A luxury 5 Star Big 5 game lodge in the Pilanesberg region is seeking an experienced and service driven Butler to deliver exceptional personalised guest experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing discreet, professional, and attentive service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring every aspect of their experience exceeds expectations. This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENT:

RSA ID and legal residence essential
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury guest service role within a 5 Star lodge or hotel essential
Previous game lodge experience advantageous
Exceptional guest relations and hosting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance with a high standard of personal presentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Valid Driver's License advantageous

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver personalised and attentive butler service to all guests
Welcome guests and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience
Coordinate guest requests and special arrangements
Liaise with Housekeeping, Kitchen, Guiding, and Management to ensure exceptional service delivery
Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments when required
Maintain guest suites and public areas to the highest presentation standards
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly
Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and luxury hospitality are maintained at all times
