This is a guest-facing role for a refined, detail-oriented hospitality professional who takes genuine pride in delivering personalised, anticipatory service to a discerning clientele. •  Proven experience in a butler, guest relations, or senior service role within a luxury hotel, lodge, or hospitality establishment
• Immaculate presentation and professional manner at all times
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging personality
• Strong knowledge of five-star service standards, dining etiquette, and beverage service
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamlessly personalised experience
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining consistently high standards
• Flexible and willing to work hospitality hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• South African citizen or candidate with valid work authorisation

•  Deliver exceptional, personalised butler service to guests throughout their stay
• Welcome guests on arrival and conduct thorough property orientation
• Anticipate and attend to guest needs, preferences, and special requests proactively
• Manage guest schedules, reservations, and daily itineraries
• Assist with dining service, beverage service, and in-room dining as required
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all property offerings, local attractions, and activities
• Communicate guest preferences, dietary requirements, and requests accurately to all relevant departments
• Ensure guest rooms and living spaces are maintained to an immaculate standard
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any service issues discreetly and efficiently
• Uphold property hygiene, safety, and presentation standards at all times
