SUMMARY:

Our client, a leader in the food distribution industry, is looking for a Butchery Manager for their store

Please note that the ideal candidate must reside within the Bellville area

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' butchery experience
Must have POS experience
Must have dealt with CIT companies
Possess knowledge of different cuts of meats, including chicken, pork and beef
Able to achieve high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising and customer service
Basic computer skills (MS Excel)
Ability to function well under pressure
Must have a valid driver's license

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities:
(But are not limited to)

Manage the daily running of the butchery
Manage a team of 15-20 people
Control, order, manage stock and calculate GP
Perform daily cash-ups, floats and banking
Open and close butchery
