POSITION INFO:

Our client, a renowned and well established estate in the Winelands area requires a Butchery Manager with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a wholesale environment.  Your ability to manage staff and extensive knowledge of SOP’s and the OHS act is essential.  As is your proven ability to develop new products and recipes. Ability to work early and late shifts is critical.  In line with my clients EE Plan, preference will be given to EE candidates. Competitive package and benefits on offer.
