SUMMARY:
A Supermarket chain is looking for a Butchery Admin Manager to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Must have requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Excellent administration skills
3-4 years’ experience in a similar role within the Butchery Department

Essential Duties and experience:

Creating purchase orders for required stock
Receiving stock and conducting bulk stock checks
Ensuring accurate invoice information and quality checks of received stock
Monitoring stock rotation within Cold Rooms
Assisting with weekly stocktakes
Controlling and capturing wastage
