Butchery Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a skilled and experienced Butchery Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Butchery Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver high-quality meat products, ensure efficient stock control, excellent Customer Service and compliance with food safety, hygiene and
health regulations. The role includes supervising of staff, maintaining product standards, managing inventory and ensuring the department meets its financial and operational targets.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS 

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Butchery or meat processing qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in a Retail Butchery environment.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
