This is a strategic role within the Financial Services Cluster, responsible for driving technology requirements, managing financial operations, and delivering innovative business solutions. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all technology requirements across the Financial Cluster.
• Oversee and manage financial operations, including budget forecasts and strategic planning.
• Leverage financial data to provide strategic recommendations that enhance business performance, profitability, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations through accurate and timely reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes.
• Drive innovative initiatives to optimize working capital, liquidity, and cash generation across microfinance, debt collection, and insurance sectors.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to align strategies and operational plans.
• Collaborate with auditors and Group Exco to ensure efficient year-end reporting and compliance.

• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Formal training in Business Analysis.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Medical Insurance or Financial Services industry.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Business or Systems Analyst on software and process re-engineering projects.
• Proven experience in system implementation projects and Agile environments.
• Strong technical acumen with knowledge of software development life cycles, testing, and quality assurance.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and modern software development practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Additional coursework in IT/software development.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
