Job Description:
This role involves:

• Supporting the analysis of current finance processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Assisting in mapping end‑to‑end processes
• Maintaining up-to-date process documentation, SOPs, and controlled process libraries
• Assisting in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to support process insights and decisions
• Preparing reporting packs, presentations, and KPI dashboards
• Supporting adoption of new systems, tools, or process methodologies
• Assisting with identifying automation opportunities and process simplification opportunities.

• 2+years of experience
• Experience with process mapping tools Visio, Lucid chart, Miro (advantageous)
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Experience contributing to process improvement or transformation initiatives within finance or related functions
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI)
