ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a UK performance marketing and lead generation business operating proprietary brands, primarily within the B2B finance space. The business drives traffic internally through paid media and outbound channels.

The business has no external client work, agency pitching or scope creep. It invests its own capital, builds end-to-end demand-generation assets and monetizes verified leads directly through strategic conversion partners.

THE ROLE: BUSINESS FINANCE SDR

The Business Finance SDR will be responsible for converting cold UK business data and aged enquiry records into completed, qualified funding applications.

Operating in an outbound sales capacity for the UK market, you will engage UK business owners through high daily phone volumes, conduct eligibility discovery, complete loan applications directly on live calls and execute warm transfers to funding partners. You will also build an active pipeline, maintain CRM and dialler discipline and consistently work towards high-volume conversion metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive high daily outbound phone volumes to engage UK business owners.
• Work cold UK business data and aged enquiry records.
• Conduct eligibility discovery with prospective customers.
• Complete funding applications directly on live calls on behalf of customers.
• Execute live warm transfers of eligible calls to third-party funding partners.
• Convert cold and aged enquiry records into completed, qualified funding applications.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline.
• Maintain clean data through strict CRM and dialler discipline.
• Consistently work towards high-volume conversion metrics.

ABOUT YOU

• Prior experience selling or qualifying UK business finance products, including unsecured business loans, merchant cash advances, invoice finance and asset finance.
• Proven track record of high daily outbound call volumes, including 150+ dials per day and 25–30 decision-maker conversations.
• Direct experience working with both cold purchased data and warm/aged enquiry data.
• Demonstrated ability to complete funding applications live on calls on behalf of customers, rather than only booking callbacks.
• Proven ability to conduct live warm transfers of eligible calls to third-party partners.
• Fluent, confident spoken English with a strong telephone presence suited to UK business owners.
• High CRM and dialler discipline with the ability to maintain clean data at volume.
• Desirable: UK brokerage or lending introducer experience.
• Desirable: Familiarity with UK lender eligibility criteria.
• Desirable: Experience tracking against cost-per-qualified-enquiry metrics.
• Desirable: Knowledge of UK financial data compliance.

Non-negotiable requirements include direct UK business finance sales or qualification experience, a proven high outbound call volume track record, the ability to complete live phone applications, fluency in English suited to UK business owners and strict CRM/dialler discipline.
