POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Outreach: Actively prospect and generate new business through cold calling, emails, networking and outreach to potential clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and present compelling proposals and product offerings to potential clients.
• Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the production and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to new business and revenue growth.
• CRM Management: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client communications in our CRM system.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress and key performance indicators to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development and client management (B2B experience is a plus).
• Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience within the large - medium format.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Customer-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Problem-Solver: Ability to identify client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook).
• Industry Knowledge: Experience or knowledge of the printing and packaging industries is a plus but not required.
