POSITION INFO:

As a Business Development Consultant, you will drive new business and ensure client retention through strategic selling and integrated security solutions.

Your role will combine territory management, prospecting, and sales execution with a deep understanding of client needs and operational excellence. This is an opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a structured, target-driven environment and has a passion for delivering tailored security solutions.

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 3–5 years in business development, preferably in the security or services sector
Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and retain clients
Excellent time management and communication abilities

Preferred:

Background in security services or facilities management
Familiarity with integrated service sales and compliance processes
