POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales and market data while supporting key account management initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, or market research, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Insights & Sales Analytics:
  • Collect and consolidate customer sell-out data for business reports.
  • Validate and analyze sales data to track business trends and brand performance.
  • Monitor market and competitor movements, providing insights on market share dynamics.
• Business Administration:
  • Coordinate KAM feedback on promotions, pricing, and customer contracts.
  • Track and update promotional calendars, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support new product development by coordinating insights and feedback from the KAM team.
  • Drive ranging and distribution across various customer channels.

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a business intelligence, sales analytics, or a commercial role.
• Industry Exposure: FMCG experience preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
