SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, JSE listed technology services company that is looking to appoint a newly qualified CA(SA) into a Business Analyst role at their Durban North offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Chartered Accountant who is commercially inclined and looking to take their first step into a dynamic and tech-driven business environment.

POSITION INFO:
The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic business decisions through financial and operational analysis. Working closely with finance and other business units, the successful candidate will help bridge the gap between data and decision-making by turning complex financial data into clear business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business performance and financial data to support decision-making across departments
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
Build and maintain financial models, reports, and performance dashboards
Identify trends, variances, and areas for operational improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and tech teams
Support the preparation of Board reports and executive presentations
Contribute to business case development for new projects and initiatives

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification completed
