Key accountabilities and decision will include:

• Perform daily call ticket reconciliation, investigation and root cause analysis
• Perform automation capacity planning across squads
• Analyse New products on demand list for reporting and assurance controls
• Supply specifications for the automation of new and existing reports and controls
• Conduct UAT of system, assurance and reporting functionality.
• Perform Postproduction integrity checks
• Perform month end reports must be completed in line with requirements including business benefit
• System discrepancies investigated and resolved timely.
• Quality assurance on reporting and billing information

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Matric / Grade 12 essential
• Certificate in Robotics Process Automation preferably UiPath (essential)
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in Automation (essential)
• Understanding and application of Agile (essential)
• Reporting experience (desirable)
• Busines Analysis (desirable)

The base location for this role is Commercial Park or Services Park.
