POSITION INFO:
We are seeking an experienced Building Foreman / Site Manager to oversee the construction of a high-end residential development in the Noordhoek area.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure the highest standard of quality, especially in high-end finishes
• Monitor project timelines and budgets
• Maintain site safety and compliance
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders

•  Proven experience in managing upmarket residential projects
• Strong eye for detail with an emphasis on luxury finishes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
