SUMMARY:
Our client in the Facilities Management sector has an opportunity available for a Building Coordinator in the Cape Town area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Matric
  • University of Technikon degree or diploma in the facilities management/technical or similar field
  • H&S certificate or diploma
  • Facilities/Building Management experience
  • Computer Literacy as well as knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • Code 08 Driver's license
KPAs:
  • Pro-actively logging calls on helpdesk for repairs or maintenance and cleaning work.
  • Liaising with staff or contractors regarding the status of open calls.
  • Soft Services & Technical Audits
  • Completing a scope of work on all projects
  • Ensure that on and off site contractors meet the agreed upon SLA’s
  • Monthly contractor performance meetings to raise issues and concerns
